Terms of Use & Purchase

Operated by Cynthia Clark LLC

Effective Date: 10/26/26
Last Updated: 10/26/26

Welcome to Ascension17. These Terms of Use & Purchase (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, digital platforms, educational programs, memberships, products, events, and services operated or offered by Cynthia Clark LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms apply to visitors, customers, subscribers, and participants (“you” or “Client”) who access or purchase our offerings.

By using our websites, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them, subject to applicable law.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Websites, Brands, and Services

These Terms apply to Company-operated websites and services, including:

  • Ascension17.com

  • SoulCompass.ai

  • Diamond Path educational programs

  • Soul Compass memberships and AI-supported experiences

  • Digital courses, books, music, recordings, and educational resources

  • Private readings, mentoring, and coaching sessions

  • Sedona retreats, workshops, and other events

  • Other products and services expressly identified as subject to these Terms

Some offerings are governed by additional agreements, policies, or disclosures presented at enrollment or checkout.

Where a separately accepted program agreement or purchase-specific policy conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement governs that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Our paid services are intended for adults aged 18 or older, unless Company expressly authorizes participation by a minor with appropriate parental or guardian consent.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, purchasing, or communicating with Company.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You may not share, transfer, or sell your account access without written authorization.

Notify Company promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Company may establish reasonable account-security measures and suspend access where necessary to protect users, services, or Company systems.

3. Educational and Spiritual Nature of Services

Ascension17 provides spiritual education, personal development, intuitive exploration, self-discovery, and related mentoring experiences.

Offerings may include hand analysis, palmistry, tarot or oracle cards, meditation, energy practices, sound experiences, spiritual teachings, and other personal-development methods.

These experiences are provided for educational, reflective, and spiritual purposes.

They are not substitutes for medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, investment advice, or other licensed professional services.

Company does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychological conditions through its spiritual education offerings.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking qualified professional assistance when appropriate.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Individual experiences and results vary.

Company does not guarantee any particular spiritual awakening, emotional transformation, relationship outcome, business result, financial improvement, health benefit, or other personal outcome.

Testimonials and participant stories describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of comparable results.

You acknowledge that participation in educational and spiritual experiences involves personal interpretation and individual responsibility.

5. Products, Pricing, and Checkout

Prices, included benefits, access periods, payment options, and material purchase conditions are displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page.

Unless otherwise specified, prices are stated in U.S. dollars.

Applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed as required by law.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Company and its designated payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to the terms presented and accepted at checkout.

You agree to maintain accurate billing information and promptly address failed payments.

Company may change prices for future purchases and renewals, subject to applicable law and any required advance notice.

A price change does not retroactively alter an existing fixed-price program agreement without appropriate authorization.

Company is not obligated to offer promotional pricing, discounts, complimentary services, or additional benefits unless expressly included in the applicable purchase terms.

6. Soul Compass Memberships and Automatic Renewal

Soul Compass offers recurring membership options, including Daily, Treasures, and Infinite, as available at checkout.

Automatic Renewal

All paid Soul Compass subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next scheduled renewal.

Monthly memberships renew for successive monthly billing periods.

Annual memberships, including annual Soul Compass Infinite, renew for successive 12-month billing periods.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method at the rate and frequency disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

The renewal terms, price, billing frequency, and any required notices will be presented in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation

To cancel renewal, contact Company using the contact details in these Terms, or use the cancellation option provided by the payment platform through which you subscribed.

Cancellation stops future renewals.

Your access continues through the end of your current paid subscription period, whether monthly or annual, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Cancellation does not ordinarily result in a prorated refund for unused time.

Annual Infinite Memberships

An annual Soul Compass Infinite subscription provides a 12-month membership term.

Canceling during that term prevents the next annual renewal but does not ordinarily shorten the already-paid access period or entitle the subscriber to a prorated refund.

Memberships Included With Other Programs

Soul Compass access included with Diamond Path or another educational program is governed by that program's agreement.

Included access does not automatically convert to a separately billed subscription without your affirmative authorization.

Renewal Compliance

Company will provide subscription disclosures, renewal notices, and cancellation options as required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits nonwaivable consumer rights.

7. Diamond Path and Diamond Programs

Diamond Path, Diamond Heart, Diamond Mind, Diamond Calling, and other Diamond educational programs may be offered as fixed-term educational purchases.

These programs are governed by their separately accepted Program Commitment Agreements.

Those agreements specify the applicable:

  • Program duration

  • Purchase price and installment obligations

  • Included calls, training, support, and memberships

  • Access expiration

  • Scheduling and participation requirements

  • Refund and termination provisions

  • Intellectual property restrictions

Fixed-term program installment payments are not the same as cancelable monthly subscriptions.

A client's right to stop participating does not automatically terminate installment obligations under a separately accepted fixed-term agreement, subject to applicable law and the terms of that agreement.

Diamond Programs do not automatically renew unless a separate, expressly accepted agreement provides otherwise.

Enrollment in one Diamond Program does not automatically obligate a client to purchase another.

8. Digital Products, Courses, and Educational Materials

Digital products may include e-books, online courses, audio recordings, music, guided experiences, worksheets, and other downloadable or streaming content.

The applicable product description or checkout terms determine what is included and how long access lasts.

Unless expressly designated as downloadable, digital content is provided for authorized personal access through the relevant platform.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of Company intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, publish, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable purchase terms.

Nothing in this section restricts legally protected consumer remedies for defective or undelivered products.

9. Private Sessions, Readings, and Mentoring

Private sessions may include hand analysis, intuitive readings, coaching, mentoring, and other educational or spiritual services.

The applicable booking or purchase page determines the service purchased, session format, duration, and price.

Clients agree to attend scheduled appointments promptly and provide any reasonably requested preparation materials.

Rescheduling, cancellation, lateness, and missed-appointment policies will be disclosed through the applicable booking terms or confirmation process.

Where Company cannot provide a purchased service, Company will offer an appropriate resolution consistent with the applicable agreement and law.

A private session does not create an ongoing coaching relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.

Company may use qualified team members or designated facilitators where permitted by the applicable service description or agreement.

10. Retreats, Workshops, and In-Person Events

Company may offer retreats, workshops, private experiences, and other in-person events.

Each event may have separate registration requirements, payment schedules, cancellation policies, participation guidelines, and safety disclosures.

These event-specific terms will be presented before a binding purchase or registration commitment is completed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, transportation, lodging, and personal expenses.

Participation in optional physical activities, meditation practices, excursions, or other event experiences is voluntary.

Participants are responsible for communicating relevant accessibility needs and making appropriate personal decisions regarding their participation.

Company may make reasonable adjustments to event schedules, facilitators, venues, or activities where necessary, provided material contracted benefits are not improperly diminished.

If an event is canceled or materially changed by Company, available remedies will be determined under the applicable event agreement and law.

11. Soul Compass AI and AI-Assisted Features

Soul Compass and other Company services may incorporate artificial intelligence to provide personalized prompts, reflections, educational content, or spiritual exploration tools.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular situation.

AI responses should not be treated as verified facts, professional diagnoses, emergency guidance, or guaranteed spiritual truths.

You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated information and making your own decisions.

Do not rely on AI-generated content as the sole basis for important medical, psychological, financial, legal, safety, or other consequential decisions.

Company may modify AI features, models, interfaces, and technical functionality, provided it honors material purchased benefits and applicable law.

AI services may experience errors, interruptions, or limitations.

You agree not to misuse AI features to generate unlawful content, interfere with platform security, impersonate others, or violate the rights of third parties.

Information submitted to AI-supported services will be handled according to applicable privacy disclosures and the practices of relevant service providers.

12. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Teachings

Company websites, brands, course materials, original writings, music, recordings, videos, educational frameworks, graphics, program structures, and other protected materials belong to Cynthia Clark LLC or their respective rights holders.

This includes proprietary Diamond Path and Soul Compass content.

Purchasing access grants only the rights expressly described in the applicable product or program terms.

Unless authorized in writing, you may not:

  • Copy, record, download, or redistribute protected content beyond permitted personal use.

  • Share paid account access or restricted course materials.

  • Republish Company content as your own.

  • Sell or commercially distribute protected teachings, materials, or recordings.

  • Use Company trademarks, logos, or branding in a manner that implies endorsement.

  • Circumvent technical restrictions or access controls.

These restrictions do not prohibit lawful quotation, independent creation, or other uses protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Company may also use client-submitted handprints and other materials pursuant to valid client agreements, licenses, releases, or other applicable permissions. Such authorization does not necessarily transfer ownership of the original materials to Company.

13. Client Submissions, Handprints, and Educational Use

Cynthia Clark LLC collects and maintains handprints, palm images, photographs, written reflections, and other client-submitted materials in connection with its educational programs, hand-analysis services, and professional activities.

Ownership and Educational Use

Clients retain ownership of their original submitted materials, subject to any applicable intellectual property rights.

Cynthia Clark LLC maintains an extensive collection of handprints and palm images obtained through its professional hand-analysis practice.

Where authorized by an applicable client agreement, release, or other valid legal permission, Company may reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and incorporate handprints and palm images into educational and professional materials, including:

  • Books, articles, and other publications

  • Online courses and professional training programs

  • Public speeches, conferences, and workshops

  • Websites, social media, and online videos

  • Presentations, demonstrations, and educational recordings

  • Other current or future educational media

Where the applicable authorization permits, these uses may occur without obtaining separate permission or approval for each publication or presentation.

Confidentiality and Personal Information

Company takes reasonable steps to protect client confidentiality when presenting handprints or palm images.

Unless separately authorized or otherwise permitted by law, Company does not intentionally disclose a client's name, contact information, confidential personal history, or other directly identifying information in connection with published educational examples.

Clients acknowledge that handprints may contain distinctive physical characteristics and that removing names does not necessarily make a handprint anonymous.

Existing Client Agreements

Handprints and related materials collected under previously executed client agreements remain subject to the permissions and limitations established by those agreements and applicable law.

Publication of updated website Terms does not revoke or expand rights previously granted under those agreements.

New Client Submissions

Handprints submitted by new clients may be used to deliver purchased services and for additional purposes authorized through an applicable client agreement or separate educational-use authorization.

Acceptance of these general website Terms alone does not grant Company unrestricted publication rights over all submitted personal materials.

Retention and Protection

Company may retain handprints and related educational materials as part of its professional archive, consistent with applicable agreements, privacy disclosures, and legal obligations.

Requests concerning personal information, retention, or deletion will be addressed according to the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Restrictions on Unrelated Uses

Company does not sell identifiable client handprints as standalone biometric datasets or authorize their use for identity verification, surveillance, or unrelated third-party advertising without appropriate legal authorization.

14. Community Participation and Conduct

Some programs include group calls, online communities, discussions, or collaborative learning environments.

Participants agree to communicate respectfully and honor reasonable community guidelines.

Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, discrimination, unauthorized solicitation, intentional disruption, infringement of intellectual property, and disclosure of another participant's confidential information without permission.

Company may moderate participation and take proportionate action when necessary to protect the community.

Where appropriate, Company will provide notice and an opportunity to address material violations.

Company cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality, although respectful handling of shared experiences is expected.

15. Payment Failures and Account Access

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, Company may contact you to update your payment information or resolve the balance.

Where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, access to unpaid services may be temporarily suspended after appropriate notice.

For fixed-term programs, the consequences of nonpayment are governed by the applicable Program Commitment Agreement.

Company will not impose undisclosed fees or materially change agreed payment obligations without appropriate authorization.

16. Refunds, Cancellations, and Consumer Rights

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the type of purchase.

Recurring memberships: Subscribers may cancel future renewals at any time and retain access through the paid billing period, subject to applicable law.

Fixed-term programs: The separately accepted Program Commitment Agreement controls the payment commitment, withdrawal, and refund provisions.

Digital products: Purchases are generally final after authorized delivery or access, subject to applicable law and purchase-specific terms.

Private services and events: The applicable booking, registration, or purchase terms control cancellation and rescheduling.

Nothing in these Terms excludes refunds, charge remedies, or other consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Company may use third-party platforms for payments, course delivery, scheduling, email communications, video conferencing, and other operations.

These providers may have their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Company is not responsible for unrelated third-party products, websites, or services that it does not operate or control.

However, the use of a third-party platform does not eliminate Company's responsibility to provide the services it has contractually promised.

18. Website Availability and Modifications

Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain functional websites and digital services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, or circumstances outside Company's reasonable control.

Company may update website content, features, and offerings.

Material changes affecting already-purchased services will be handled consistently with applicable agreements and law.

19. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Company provides general website information and noncontractual educational content without guarantees that such information will be complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual purpose.

Company does not disclaim obligations expressly undertaken in an applicable purchase or program agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of its services where such limitations are legally enforceable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other legally protected claims.

Any additional limitation of liability applicable to a particular paid program or event must be consistent with its specific agreement and applicable law.

20. Privacy and Data Protection

Company collects and processes personal information according to its published Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Certain services may require personal information, hand photographs, reflections, or other information voluntarily submitted by participants.

Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

Company may use service providers to process information necessary to operate its offerings, subject to applicable legal requirements.

These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy or authorize uses of personal information inconsistent with applicable privacy disclosures and law.

Handprints and palm images may be retained and used for educational publication where authorized by applicable client agreements or other valid permissions. Further information about the collection, storage, use, and protection of personal information is provided in Company's Privacy Policy.

21. Termination of Website Access

You may stop using the website at any time.

Company may restrict or terminate website access for material violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, serious security concerns, or other legitimate grounds, subject to applicable law.

Termination of general website access does not automatically eliminate rights or obligations under an existing paid agreement.

Any resulting refund, access, or payment issues will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting Company with a description of the concern and the requested resolution.

Unless an applicable separate agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights to pursue remedies in a jurisdiction or forum that applicable consumer law requires to remain available.

23. Changes to These Terms

Company may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, operations, technology, or legal requirements.

The updated version will display its effective date.

Revised Terms generally apply prospectively.

Material changes affecting existing subscriptions or other ongoing contractual relationships will be communicated, and consent obtained where required by law.

Revisions do not retroactively replace separately accepted program agreements or eliminate accrued rights and obligations without appropriate legal authority.

Continued use after a validly communicated update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

24. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with any applicable purchase-specific agreements, checkout disclosures, and expressly incorporated policies, constitute the relevant agreement concerning your use or purchase.

If a provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
